The team at Howkins and Harrison Lutterworth, helped us find our dream house. Beth initially suggested that we might like to view the house that we are now living in and love to bits...we thank you for that suggestion. Alison showed us round for the viewings and helped at the offer stage. Debs followed on with great support after our offer was accepted. We were always kept in the loop, and when things got tricky with solicitors Debs stayed on the ball. After some fairly shocking experiences with other estate agents during our house hunting, we were starting to understand why people don't always speak fondly of them, however the team mentioned above were a breath of fresh air and a credit to the industry. Howkins and Harrison were the estate agents for the house we were buying. We were not using them for our sale which is a shame. However we had more help, advice and contact from them than from our 'silent' agents. In particular Deborah was an absolute star, relentless in finding answers from solicitors and over seeing the entire process (including our sale!) I know who we will use if we ever move again.

Can't praise enough Howkins & Harrison Lutterworth team, especially Deborah, Ali and Beth. We have been through a rough patch as our initial sale fell through, but the whole team didn't give up and we made sale in the end. Deborah was a star chasing all the chain, kept our sellers in the loop as well; so they waited for a second time around on our sale. It was a delight working with them. Beth helped us with initial set-up and been there throughout , and Ali was so flexible arranging all viewings. We recently purchased a house in Lutterworth through Howkins & Harrison. Ali was our main point of contact and would consistently chase all bottlenecks throughout the process. Selling and buying a house can be a stressful and confusing process but at each stage I felt that Ali was able to explain what any of the hold ups were and what action would need to be taken to move them forward. I found it really helpful to have candid conversations about the whole process and Ali was completely professional and experienced throughout. On handover day, we were able to collect our keys at around midday and Ali made a special effort despite it being day off. The other team members (Carle & Beth) were always asking if there was anything they could help with in Ali’s absence; it’s clear they’re a tight-knit team and the communication is strong. I would recommend Howkins & Harrison if you want an informed selling/buying process with experienced agents.
