Excellent customer service, knowledgeable and professional staff!I had an unusual problem with a purchase I made online, I received an immediate response to my email. To resolve the issue they went far beyond the level customer care needed. I’m am truly grateful for the service I was provided, and can’t recommend this company enough.

Excellent service! After several years I have taken up scale modelling again and decided to purchase an airbrush. Following much research I visited The Airbrush Company where Rosemary talked me through what was available and the benefits and disadvantages of some of the products. There was no hard sell and I feel confident that I have bought a good entry level airbrush and compressor that didn't break the bank and that I will enjoy learning to use and producing better modelling outcomes. Thank you also to Sarah for the rapid processing of the paperwork...And, several months later...many thanks to Alex for advice over the phone, he saved me a lot of money, but still got an order for an item which should assist in getting a good paint result. The interim fix was successful too. Great customer service.

I only started using these guys during lockdown when a lot of my usual European suppliers stopped shipping. They have been exceptional throughout with some of the best customer service I've experienced. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Amazing customer service. They sent me the wrong needles (so easy to do) for my airbrush but how the handled the return was excellent. I sent them an email and got a reply at 9 am the next day, they refunded my postage and sent the correct needles out with express delivery. Highly professional and very recommended!
