I bought a fridge freezer that looked brill on pic, he told me no scratches or dents, he delivered the fridge I paid £130 for, and the fridge froze ALL the food in the freezer, ruined £30 worth of food. I demanded a refund, and was offered another fridge freezer, it wasn't frost free, and it was totally battered and scratched up. He eventually came tonight to collect and refund me for the faulty fridge, and only gave me a partial refund still deducting delivery costs of a non working, broken, scratched and dented item, after promising pristene condition. Well over priced for a beko fridge freezer. After further inspection of his shop on Mansfield Road, it wasn't hard to understand why my appliance was so disgusting. Rats and mice where seen around appliances outside the back of the shop with the appliances. As pictured. I did challenge him for a full refund and made it clear that it would've been forgotten about and resolved civilally. But he told me to go ahead and report him. Here's the pictured items, one I bought and the replacement he wanted me to have, bearing in mind I paid £130!!! Rude, and no customer service. AVOID. Will be involving trading standards. And if you have any standards yourself, you'll avoid this place

We are not happy at all ! Man sale us leaking washing machine. After so many phone calls he sent a man ( man was 3 times) to fix it but it's still leaking all over my kitchen! I want my money back and he not answering my phone calls. Never purchased there again!!!

Do not buy from these had a tumble dryer off them tripping electrics and now set on fire I have children in the house this could of been a different story all together reporting to trading standards

Beware of this store. Got a washing machine that broke after 2 months and the Fridge that was in awful condition and well overpriced. Thay showed me a photo of the fridge and assured that it was in great condition. The owner refused refund and offered replacement that looked even worse. 1 month warranty they offer it's a joke. They don't replay to messages and emails. Didn't accept card payment, cash only (not wondering why). Ended up with broken machine that I paid £120 and discusting Fridge that I can't sell for £30 but costed me £120.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Beware of these guys! It's daylight robbery they're operating. They'll knowingly sell you faulty product and play games when you ask for your refund or a repair.Got a freezer from them, was nothing like advertised. Back and forth for several months has yielded nothing. Avoid at all cost!!!Staff are rude, dismissive, avoidant, mannerless, lack morals and basic human decency. Pure thieves the lot of them

Stopped by today and saw a matching sofa and chair set. Got a great deal on them and they were able to deliver that same night. The owner was friendly and it was easy to get everything sorted. Very happy with the new purchase.

We bought 4 items and the delivery was fairly prompt. One item tested and is working, waiting for engineer to fit gas so can not comment as yet on the rest

Don't bother, 1 star is too much. Went all the way there after talking to Leslie Prince" on Facebook Marketplace. Messaged in the morning about a washing machine

One star it is too much, AVOID at all costs. I Contacted Collin an “engineer” to repair restaurant dishwasher, he took from us £120 of cash to replace some of the parts, we we’re waiting over a month, then keep asking to collect a dishwasher from us as he promised we’re waiting another two weeks, finally when they collected a dishwasher they said it will take a week to repair, again we are waiting an another month, both not answering the phone, if they do they hang out after a question when exactly we can expected a dishwasher back. We are speechless, and really disappointed of the customer service and their attitude.

Avoid!!!A joke of a company, had 2 appliances one didn't work got a replacement this one stopped working within 2 weeks.
