First Care have been helpful from the point of contact. The service has been professional with a lovely friendly nature.The eye test & glasses were delivered appropriately during this unusual time, so I can’t thank you enough on behalf of my mum.

Randy came to test my 93 year old mothers eyes.He was caring and thougtful. Mum is looking forward to getting her new glasses. I would highly recommend his services

My mum is unfortunately now in a care home and is not mobile any longer, I contacted Randy and he was very happy to visit her at the home. He was very efficient in assessing mum and her needs, Randy had all the equipment and glasses for her to try and two weeks later he delivered the glasses as promised. I had to book a eye test for my great auntie who is 95, and is house bound due to covid-19, and none of the local opticians was able to help, but when I rang First Care Optical, they was able to see her within a quick time period and gave some amazing service! Would highly recommend!

I am a person in the vulnerable age group so I contacted First optical to arrange to have eyes tested at home instead of going in town to an opticians so pleased I did Randy Bains First optical ceo came to do the test arrived on time as arranged appointment it was very straight forward and in my opinion took the time to do the test properly. I had previously sent an email photo of the type of frames I liked, he had brought several frames for me to try the first pair I tried were a pair of glasses I’d sent a picture of so pleased I did the company had ordered them in for me very impressed they were perfect Overall the experience was excellent and paid very fair price so would recommend First optical. I had a home visit eye test for the first time with Randy some weeks ago. I was a little apprehensive but I didn't need to be. Randy was very professional and did an excellent eye test. He was very Covid aware. There was a good range of frames and at a very reasonable price. He delivered the frames as well. He gave me some good advice. I would certainly recommend him to anyone. Caring professional and helpful.
