The font was much smaller than it looked on website, and a spelling error, contact them buy chat, no response, Phoned said pay to send them back to look at!

Awful service.Tried to get some cards printed. They confirmed that they would have the order to me by the 24/10/13. When they had not arrived I called them and they confirmed that they had not even printed them.A week later I receive half of the order. Almost two weeks later and the order still has not be completed.Don't waste you hard earned money...

Dreadful service. Cannot deliver their product. would not escalate my query when i requested.Ordered cards for delivery yesterday - they didn't arrive. I called the customer service" today and asked where the order was.. they told me that they hadn't even received the order due to issues with the Paypal service.They take the orders and peoples money via Paypal even though they know that they are not getting the orders!! Really thats tantamount to stealing and i've reported today to trading standards.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY"

I recently placed an order for business cards with 123print (06 July 2020) and they initially arrived incorrectly. Their site autocorrected or changed the apostrophe to a question mark. They promptly sent them out correctly and let me know the expected time scales for this and were very responsive

Ordered some address stamps - came quickly but the size/font was much smaller than that advertised on website. Customer service" not interested or helpful in resolving the issue to my satisfaction. Would not recommend or use again."

Filled out the online form just before checkout and I couldn't proceed due to an error message saying that my phone number (UK home and mobile) should have TEN digits. Both my numbers are Eleven digits as is the majority of the UK.

Really pleased with the quality and price of these business cards. They were also delivered very quickly and arrived sooner than expected. I went for the mid range card and I'm really pleased with it. Only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because when I added my own text field, every time I was editing that piece of text the screen kept dropping down to the bottom, so it made something that should have been quick to do, take a lot longer as I kept having to go back up to where I was. I'm pleased I've been available to save the design so that when I need more cards I can just reorder.
