For the first contact with Bob from Pinballtoys I found him very friendly knowledgeable and professional. There is little in the arcade world of pinball or indeed video games that Bob cannot fix! Very friendly, helpful and above all provides an excellent service in repairing machines either on site or pcbs by post and also helps in installing mods or anything else you need doing pinball related. Very highly recommended. I have used Bob's services for the last 4-5 years and he is always my first and only port of call when anything goes wrong which with pinballs is inevitable over time!

Bob was recommended to me by another seasoned pinball collector as some of my machines had glitches beyond my knowledge / experience. I can honestly say that I doubt I'll ever have to look elsewhere for expert advice and repairs. Bob immediately put me at ease with his friendly, practical and helpful manner and there appears to be no limit to his pinball knowledge and in my experience Bob can be trusted to just get on with the job. I recommend Bob to anyone!

Bob was incredibly helpful when I called. Even though we are in social distancing mode and stay at home currently Bob talked me through on the phone how to run a test and suggested fixes for the issues with our Adams Family machine. We ended up switching 2 fuses and we are back up and going .... all of us are delighted. Highly recommended.

Goldeneye pin was firing blanks - Bob capably and knowledgeably from top to bottom looked over and inspected the entire machine. Fixed, repaired and replaced what was necessary - even making a couple of suggestions that I took him up on, to ensure longevity. BRILLIANT engineer, BIG thanks Bob!!

I've had a pinball machine repaired by Bob at pinballtoys and he also replaced the screen and all the electronics in an early space invader cabinet I have.He provided a excellent and very friendly service. Very prompt in answering calls and emails and always very happy to help.I cant recommend him enough!!
