My entire experience with IJC was fantastic! Ian graciously bent over backwards (and beyond) for me after I had bought my car. I cannot applaud this company enough.

Absolutely terrible great to start with when he wants your money but aftercare Absolutely shocking we purchased the car and there was a problem he told my husband of 46 years driving there was not an issue with the breaks on the car my husband was so upset after he returned home after recently having a stroke he did not need stress or to be treated the way he was total lack of respect I immediately asked for an email address to which he was so so reluctant to give so I could put the issues with the vehicle in writing after a telephone call with him and the absolute rubbish and speel that came from his mouth he was not once concerned about the vehicle we had purchased from him only he had won an award for his campervans he sells at 30 thousand plus not us little people that struggle to purchase a car he was Absolutely horrible and did not want to have the issue address only protecting his award he had won for campervan sales thats it he did however after I had finished on the call arrange for a garage local to him.give the breaks a clean to which 1 week later they are back to normal and clearly need replacing which we had 3 months warranty he gave us not worth the paper it's written on to be honest so steer well clear of this terrible car salesman who only cares about his silly little award and not hardworking class people he actually told us he was not selling any more cars he was totally concentrating on the camper bussiness yet two days later had a full selection of cars again he is a bloody liar and this salesman scamming is not to be trusted go to a reputable garage not this one I can assure you I have never met this man untill the day we purchased the car from him

I've never come across such an odd and rude car salesman. Wouldn't stop talking, very pushy, full of own self importance. When querying car defects (air con wasn't working in car) he got very defensive. In end refused to sell us the car. Stay well clear. Not a nice man.

Horrible man. Full of self importance. I tried to haggle on price and he said i had offended him and refused to sell me the car. THIS GUY RECORDS YOUR PHONE CALLS WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE. He played me a recording of a man from Doncaster who was interested in the red 2013 Yaris i was looking at. He ran off and locked himself in the showroom. We were nothing but polite to him but im sure the his reply will contradict everything as that seems to be the norm. He also told me that in the past he had sold Landrovers and Ferrari and their customer service was rubbish and his is excellent. Yeah right. He also said that he was stopping selling the second hand cars and was only going to sell Micro campers because he could make 4 times the profit. Rip off merchant. What a rude, self opinionated, childish little man. JORDAN, DONT HANG AROUND THIS GUY. NOT THE TEACHER YOU NEED. Definitely a place to avoid

I cannot recommend IJC Cars Sale Ltd enough. From the first time we went to look at our car, to the day we drove her home, they have been professional, polite, very kind and helpful. We had our car, Dora converted into a micro camper. While the conversion was being done, we got almost daily calls and pictures of the conversion. They are amazing in what they do. All the little extras we knew nothing about, truly put a lump in my throat. Even now, almost 3 weeks after the collection of Dora, we are getting calls to make sure everything is ok. Really easy pleasant transaction. Ian was available on the phone whenever needed, talked me through the extra requirements of buying during the coronavirus situation.
