First used climb psyched out in Spain when on holiday with my girlfriend. I wanted to do a 14 pitch route up the Puig Campania that my girlfriend didn't want to do. Had a great time, the guide, Paul, was super experienced and patient which is exactly what you need hundreds of metres above the ground.A year or so later I booked a weekend trip in Scotland to tick some classic climbing routes I wanted to do. Climbed up the Buchaille and topped out on top of a Monroe with views over to Ben Nevis. I would definitely recommend or use climb psyched again.

I met Paul two years ago in Spain when he taught me trad climbing. Back then I had very little experience on rock, but he made me feel like I was in completely safe hands. Our paths crossed again this winter and we did a fair bit of climbing together. On a personal level he is still the same confident, reassuring and passionated climber I remembered. If you’re looking for a very knowledgeable and experienced instructor, Paul will not disappoint you!
