Vehicle went in after telling then it had had a regeneration and oil change 200 miles previously, they did it again the engine management light came back on within 2 miles, the out come is I took it to a different garage the catalytic convertor needs replacing, the turbo and the EGR valve hence I won't be returning to RS North west !

No special service, just a standard MOT requirement. Communications disjointed, short of parking space. A good operational system and management of site needs looking at…Front office reception/operations needs attention.Not impressed.

Took Porsche Panamera in to have sunroof repair done under car warranty cover, as advised by Warrantywise. Superb service received. Issue resolved and dealt direct with warranty company so didn't have to make a payment then reclaim etc. Friendly team and will definitely use again. Easier than taking direct to Porsche garage.

Made false promises after bringing our car in for a warranty claim diagnosis. Very disappointed as the windscreen leak continues to damage our car after waiting weeks!!! All it required was sharing the diagnosis, yet nothing actioned after 3 calls and 2 emails
