I contacted Win My Energy, after having several issues with Northern Gas and Power. They helped me get my documents together and are helping me to get my money back.

Win My Energy contacted me in regards to my experience with an energy broker. They were so helpful in helping me get my documents together and had a quote of how much I’d be overcharged back in no time.

Hard sell cold caller - When told they would be charged £10 per minute as they had called an incoming sales line the lady on the phone kept pushing and pushing to find out our energy details then told me you must have a very sad life to try and make £10 like that"... Avoid this company at all costs."

When Win My Energy got in touch with us, we agreed to look into a marginal energy claim that dated back a few years on their no win no fee basis. If the investigation was successful, we would receive over £26,000. Throughout the process, all staff members kept us informed by phone and letter and were incredibly professional and helpful.
