Ok so sorry for the VERY late review. Life had been very very busy! Since 2020 ive had hearing loss in my right ear and didnt think much of it at the time cus covid and genuinely thinking it was just wax build up. Last october i finally decided to get it sorted and booked a wax removal appointment here. After looking in the problem ear Armaj immedietly spotted the problem (cholesteatoma), explained to me what it was and offered to write me a referral for my GP. I just want to say what a kind, patient and professional person he is and thank you!

We brought my 91 year old uncle in for wax removal, there was years of wax that needed to be removed. Armaj was patient, kind and saw my uncle over a number of weeks to get the best results. We decided to purchase hearing aids and my uncles quality of life has improved drastically. We are very grateful for everything Armaj has done and can't recommend the clinic enough. Our only regret is that we didn't come in sooner.

Booked here for earwax removal and was not disappointed. Armaj was very friendly and understanding about having to reschedule. During the appointment, Armaj was incredibly insightful and provided a service unlike any I’ve had before. He explained everything he was going to do in detail and provided knowledge about my ears that explained a lot of things better than any other consultant I have gone to before. Top notch service, I would highly recommend.

I was suffering from really bad tinnitus every time I went to the GP they kept telling me it’s nothing to use olive oil drops.. it became unbearable so I contacts BestHear clinic and I was so overwhelmed with emotions when he fitted the hearing aids in I actually started to cry and the constant buzzing had gone..!!! The diagnosis was absolutely amazing he went through everything in detail, did a follow up and then went through the different ranges on hearing aids. I am so thankful that someone took me seriously and I can’t recommend this place enough!!!! By far one of the best experience I’ve had.

My mum had a digital hearing aid a few months ago from Armaj. He was so professional, patient and courteous in dealing with my elderly mum. She loved him. The hearing aid has been amazing and has completely transformed her life. She should have had it years ago. I would highly recommend Armaj and the BestHear Clinic.

By far the best experience in healthcare I've had. Armaj is one of the nicest people you could meet. He is passionate and committed to his work and will bend over backwards to help where he can. I have had regular updates throughout the process and he has even checked up on me at regular intervals to see how I'm doing. Thoroughly recommended!!!!!
