Snuggles Dog Grooming & Accessories Newport Pagnell

Been taking my dog to Cindy and the girls for over 6 years this is the only groomer I would ever use they are polite and friendly and highly experienced! My dog is very difficult with his nails cut and groomers have struggled and refused to cut them in the past but Cindy and the team have no problem and he’s always well behaved for them. 20 stars from me love the way you cut his hair and always know how I like it!

Got into the groomers a bit early to collect my dog and was quite shocked at how I could hear he was getting spoken too.The owner obviously thought I couldn't hear her but she was shouting no and stop to my dog and calling him stupid this was continuous for 20 minutes, as I could hear him yelp. He's a very chilled dog so couldn't understand why he was being told off.I also told her he had Been treated for flees but she said he had flees on him and charged around £15 extra. He also came back with a cut on his paw which explains why he was crying but she was continiously telling him off, Will not be back

This was our first time getting Toffee groomed. Cindy was able to fit us in at very short notice. Its welcoming as soon as you enter. I was nervous dropping him off, like their first day at school lol. When I went to collect him I could have cried....for all the right reasons he looked beautiful, booked next grooming would highly recommend, thank you so much, see you in April xx

Have taken my girl to Cindy and her team since she was a puppy. She always comes back looking and smelling beautiful. The whole team are amazing and so helpful if you have any queries. Throughout lockdown Cindy has been more than happy to share grooming tips to help everyone look after their dogs coats, so even though they cant see your dogs, they still care.

It’s great to support local businesses but sadly I cannot recommend. My little dog is very easy going. I regularly washed and clipped her myself but it never looked particularly good. I decided to pay a professional and started using Snuggles. My dog came out looking and smelling great but I became suspicious about how she was being treated, mainly because she was becoming increasingly afraid to enter the premises. My little dog had zero issues with baths and hair cuts at home, so her increasing fear and reluctance was strange. The last time we visited, my dog did not want to walk through the door. The owner grabbed the lead out of my hand and roughly pulled my dog in. The hair cut on this occasion was also terrible. I have since found a lovely groomer for my girls. She is above all - kind.

We have been taking our chow chow, Biggs, to Cindy since he was a puppy. You hear many horror stories with groomers and the breed so we were thrilled to hear Cindy has chows herself and also grooms other chows. Cindy and the team always do a fantastic job with Biggs, he comes out looking so handsome and smelling amazing- we are pretty sure that he knows he looks really good as well! There is nowhere else we would take Biggs, we are very lucky to have such a fantastic groomers in MK where we know we can safely take him and he gets treated amazing every time.
