Great experience dealing with the Livingston West team of Bailey, Michael, Molly and Andrew. Rented a unit for almost 3 months and the process was quick and easy. Staff were always polite and friendly with quick responses on queries. Would certainly rent again from Storage Vault should the need arise again.

I would echo the previous comments as we have a very positive experience with Michael, Bailey, Molly & Natalie in preparing for our unit. This was very important as we were in the midst of a major relocation from the Middle East and everything which reduced stress was invaluable. Great value and service - absolutely recommended.

I got in touch with storage vault about storage space and delt with Kenneth Macdonald one of there customer advisors. He was very helpfull and gave me solid advise on the size of unit that I would require, It was quite refreshing to speak to someone that was so positive and helpful .
