Gravesham Trophy Centre

A huge huge thank you for rushing through a last minute order for me. The item was required before our kids rugby team departed on tour for Cardiff, and made it in plenty of time.The salver looks fantastic, better than I imagined it to be. The attached photo doesn't do it justice, and lots of very impressed parents on our trip.I will certainly be a repeat customer over the coming months and years and more than happy to recommend you.

Ordered a small tennis ball/paw print trophy that i saw on website in remembrance of my dog who passed recently. Popped into the shop to organise it being engraved. The lady in the shop was absolutely lovely when i told her what it was for as I presumed it was an unusual request. Told me date it would be ready and told me when she would ring. It was ready on time and she rang me when she said she would. Can't fault the personal service this shop provides and the little ornament was a perfect tribute to my dog and now sits perfectly on his memorial. And a lovely dog to say hello to on the premises also.Highly recommend.

Amazing customer service. John was great and responded to all our questions very quickly. The salvers arrived in super fast time and we were thrilled with them, especially the engraving.
