I am really pleased with the result. Work was carried out very professionally and quickly. The installer was most polite and explained everything.

We have just had artificial grass installed by West Yorkshire Artificial Grass and the entire process has been fantastic!They came out to measure up what we wanted and discussed what grass we wanted, before providing us a quote which was a really great price.They came to do the installation when promised, even though the weather was atrocious, and just cracked on getting the job done. We even asked for a few extra jobs to be done and they were more than happy to do them, which was quite refreshing. In two days they made our garden look infinitely better, I couldn’t believe how good it was. They even cleaned the garden after which was more than I was expecting.All in all the service was amazing from start to finish and I now have a lawn to die for!Thanks again to everyone at West Yorkshire Artificial Lawns, I will be recommending you to everyone

Used at a previous property and had a great experience, superb work competed and was very happy. More recently however have requested a quote and survey and they haven't bothered to respond. Phoned the office three times to be told someone will be in touch but nothing. Had to go with another provider who were in touch within 24 hours of me submitting a call request. Sad considering the service first time around but repeat custom doesn't appear to be high on their priorities.

Very professional company.. Completed the job in one day which was amazing considering our lawn is quite large and a very odd shape.Easy quoting / ordering system.. We used the what'sapp system (due to covid).. We measured the lawn.. Sent pics and sizes.. They quoted within a couple of days.. We then went down to the show site to select the quality we required (as we were paying for installation we could select any).. Order confirmed and fitting date booked (although this was changed but only by one day).. On installation day the 2 man team arrived prompt and got to work. Before they left they ensured the garden was fully clear of all debris..and we are delighted with the finished lawn.. Its looks amazing. Would absolutely recommend.

Today we had our new lawn supplied and fitted by West Yorkshire Artificial Lawns. From getting a quote by sending pictures and dimensions and then visiting the 24 x 7 outdoor grass display, the whole process was simple and straightforward. A date was agreed and despite the poor weather, a team of installers arrived and got to work.Very quickly the old lawn was removed and the site prepared for the new grass. We also wanted a couple of flower beds at the end of the grass and asked them if they would be kind enough to dig out the old soil and replace it with new topsoil which we had purchased. Not a problem they said, without a doubt going above and beyond the scope of work to lay the lawn. After the work was completed they even hosed down the site, leaving it clean and tidy.As for the finished product more than happy and can highly recommend the entire team from Sales to the Installation guys. Great value for money and a few other companies could learn from you on customer service. It has transformed a small piece of poor lawn into an amazing front garden. Thanks, guys!Remaining task, a trip to the garden centre to purchase shrubs and plants to finish the garden off.

Hi, had three guys from the company to my home to replace a balding, yellow lawn and the results are fantastic. K9 grass looks great and the reinstatement of rotten railway sleepers with pin kerb edging has added to the transformation.Team were polite, no swearing and tidy throughout and on completion.Thanks Guys!
