Well stocked pet store with helpful staff. Good parking straight outside & easy access from there. It's located in the middle of the Westgate roundabout so a couple of merge junctions will need to be negotiated for entry & exit.

I popped in on the way home after taking my Guinea pig for a check up at the vets.It was a warm day and I didn't want to leave him in the car.I asked if I could bring him in with me, and the gentleman at the door looked at said that it was ok, and admired my Guinea pig, saying that he had some.The lady working there was also very helpful, and she explained where something was.She asked about my Guinea pig and he was georgous.I was so pleased that Jollies is so pet friendly.I think that my very laid back Guinea pig enjoyed his first shopping trip.

Good range of items. Not too expensive.Pretty much all the basics for small pets are in stock. They certainly carry the biggest range of cat & dog toys in the city.There never seem to be many staff about but the ones I've met are friendly and helpful.Prices are slightly higher than the Internet but lower than the smaller stores.Parking is generally good on weekdays but it can get crowded at weekends.

Get 15% discount with their loyalty scheme is an absolute winner for me, plus we had a fussy dog that would bearly eat, with Jollys range of food, our dog has put on healthy weight, and has loads more energy!

Absolutely fantastic place to shop I bought a new puppy yesterday went there and the staff were fantastic and so helpful even stocked top end puppy food which nowhere else did Oirjen shop was bright and so clean and organised...Won't go anywhere else now ....

I enjoy the shop being out of town center, as it can provide car parking and a decent size with great variety. It is great that they can give discounts for usual customers. I keep buying the pet food in here.

As I was in town for a bite to eat with family, I decided to pop to jollyes to see what sort of range of collars they had for our dog. Bought a Christmas treat pack for her, some Kong biscuits, and a new treat pouch as mine was on its last legs.
