Event Childcare

We used Event Childcare to look after our 3 daughters so we could enjoy a date night, the first one in a long long time! The service from start to finish was excellent, very polite, friendly quick response & very easy to arrange. The sitter was fantastic & our children warmed to her straight away. We will certainly be using their services again in the future & would highly recommend them to anyone looking for friendly, reliable childcare.

We met Sophia and Emma at the Bone Cancer Conference at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Bristol on 10th June and left my granddaughter, who is 2 and has NEVER been left with anyone other than me, was really happy and settled straight away. My daughter and I also had absolutely no worries about leaving her as we had a ‘good’ feeling about both Sophia and Emma. Sophie hasn’t stopped talking about Emma since we got home. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and especially anyone who is paranoid like my daughter. We are attending the conference again in Leeds in October and are really hoping they are there.

We recently booked Event Childcare to facilitate a childcare service at our Patient Conference. This is now the second time we have used them and once again, they didn't let us down! Sophia was so easy to liaise with in advance of the event. On the day, Sophia and her colleague Emma was fantastic. They are both so friendly and approachable. The kids that attended the service had an absolute wonderful time and were kept well entertained with a variety of different activities. Parents felt confident leaving their children in Sophia and Emma's care, allowing them to take part in the conference. It was a pleasure to work with Event Childcare and I would definitely recommend them!

The team were absolutely fantastic in looking after the children during our wedding! Ladies turned up with lots of toys and equipment and made sure that kids were occupied, had fun and could enjoyed every part of the day, whilst grownups could let their hair down knowing that little people were super happy and looked after! We felt that children were part of our day, yet the stress and worry of looking after them was totally taken away. We had a christening at a church followed by a pub lunch in Sussex, and wanted the 25+ children under 10 to be cared for and entertained so the parents could properly catch up with friends and family. Sophia, Lucy and the team were exceptional. They organized a couple of calls early on to understand exactly what I wanted; then we agreed the right ratio of nannies-to-children as dictated by OFSTED. Sophia asked my 7-year-old what activities he thought the kids should do, and adopted a couple of his suggestions! On the day, Lucy arrived early with a troop of energetic and fun nannies, looking smart in their branded polo shirts. Story-time, arts and crafts, team games, dressing up, supervised lunch and naps as needed... The kids got a bit of everything! The team was flexible, imaginative and responsive throughout the day and I received exceptional reviews from all the parents. Well done and thank you. I highly recommend Event Childcare.

We hired event childcare for our wedding this past Saturday and he are so thrilled we did. We had a lot of children at our wedding and the ladies were simply fantastic with them.They were so organised and kept the children entertained and happy during the whole day. The children and parents have all said what a great time they had with them. Lucy stayed on to take care of our little girl in the evening and she was so amazing with her. We will always be so grateful for taking the pressure off us and our guest to enjoy the day! I would highly recommend them for any large event with children but in particular for weddings, fantastic service. Thanks so much ladies xxx

We used Event Childcare for our wedding recently and we were incredibly happy with the service we received. In the lead up to the event they were very responsive and couldn't have been nicer to deal with, and during the event they were absolutely fantastic and excellent value too. We could not recommend Event Childcare enough. We had a wedding of 120 guests, over 20 of which were young under 10 years. Event Childcare had activities for all ages and were happy looking after the babies too. All the parents were relaxed and so happy they were on parenting duties! Booking Event Childcare was the most important we made when organising our Wedding!

Would highly recommend Event Childcare, what a brilliant service! We booked them a couple of months prior to our wedding when I was feeling a bit fraught worrying about what to do with our 10 month old son during the evening of our wedding, I felt reassured from the start. When Louise arrived on the day I instantly felt at ease and I knew our little one would be in safe hands, she was so calming and comforting to a very over tired baby. Thank you for allowing us to relax and enjoy ourselves knowing our little one was being so well cared for!
