Great service from caister tyre centre. My ford galaxy had a wobble and thumping noise coming from the rear tyres. Adam ordered the tyres for me on Saturday and asked me to come in on Monday which I did. Kyle fitted the tyres very quickly and was very polite. Price was also very good.

Luckiest man alive today!I came to Caister Tyres based on what I had found on Google as it was closest to our holiday park. I called them around 9am and informed them of my issue (punctured tyre) and told them that I'd be down soon. Upon my arrival Adam (top man) informed me that he only had one patch left which he had saved for my repair. In the space of time it took me to arrive to the time my tyre was repaired Adam had around 3/4 customers turn up needing puncture repairs (one of which offered double the money) to which he politely turned them away as it had my name on it, plus I wasn't prepared to give it up as I was 4 hours away from home. Not only do I feel the luckiest man alive today but also I can't stress enough how good the customer service was at Caister Tyres. Big shout out to Adam, and if/when I'm in the area again, this will be my go to for anything tyre related.

Rang them up for a steering issue, Adam couldn't fit me in but gave me the number for another local garage, superb service and very polite, will be back for tyres at some point

I went to Caister Tyre Centre for a tyre health check yesterday, 30th May 23. They saw me straight away in between dealing with other customers and provided quotes from budget to premium and like for like. I required two new front tyres, they were ordered and I returned today for them to be fitted. Service was faultless, excellent customer service, very friendly and nothing was a problem. I would recommend them in a heartbeat, very good prices and top rate customer focus and service.
