This was a great and easy service to use. I was able to book online the night before. Checking times and dates that suited me. The couple and surroundings were very relaxing and the actual treatment was so much better than the old syringing I had for years with my surgery. Excellent treatment.

Went today for an appointment, Stephen was very friendly and professional. It was money well spent as i got my hearing back due to a wax build up. Will definitely go back if i have any other issues.

Was in and out within 5 minutes. Went in knowing 1 ear was muffled, didn't realise how bad the other was as well. Never been able to hear so clearly. Would really recommend. No discomfort either, Stephen was great.

Great service, great treatment, great price ,quick appointment and I can now hear clearly! It was great to finally arrange to have some ear wax removed and got an appointment within a week of calling up.Nice environment to be in, real helpful and really nice staff. I would definitely recommend HearClear NI for anyone having issues with their ears.They also followed Cvoid rules which helped me feel comfortable as I arrive and leaving their store.I will definitely be back if I have any more issues.

i have had trouble with my ears for a while. HearClear was recommended to me so I decided to try them out. Andrea who did my ears was very welcoming and made me feel at ease. She told me step by step what she was going to do. My ears felt better when she had finished. I noticed that she had all the necessary hygiene in place as she ensure that in coming and leaving she reminded me to use the sanitiser she had in place. I would highly recommend her if anyone feels the need for this service.
