Casual dining at it's best. Great food reasonably priced. You can feast or just go for a quick tasty bite.

We had one amazing server, who was incredibly helpful throughout or meal at Zizzi. However, one of the managers was extremely passive aggressive and rude to my family member, who is autistic, when didn’t like his meal and was too embarrassed to send it back, our waitress convinced him that it was okay, she would get him a menu and he could replace it with something else. Then the manager came over and in a very rude and belittling way, said ‘what was wrong with it’ multiple times, then proceeded to tell other staff members in the restaurant about him sending food back, further spreading the ‘evil’ looks towards our table. This made my family member very uncomfortable and embarrassed and no longer want to order another meal even though they were still hungry. In the end we ended up with a new main course, but by the end of my family member finishing all they wanted to do was leave as they felt like the staff were talking about them and hated them.

This restaurant is big. But there is not enough staff to handle the diners. We were seated straight away. Shame it took about 15+ minutes for us to be greeted by our server. Whom was very nice. The poor girl had around 7 tables. She had to take orders. Run food. And buss/clean her own station. Which took her away from being a waitress. Drinks took for ever. The food is nice. Which did come out fairly quickly once we were able to order. Again long times between courses because of waiting or looking for the server. if there was a food runner and table help. The restaurant to me would be so much better.

One of Market Harboroughs treasures. The food is great, well presented at reasonable prices. The bonus comes when you have a voucher to use as well. Two people can eat adequately for £30 on voucher days as we have done on a regular basis.

Monday evening was busy but service was still efficient. Drinks menu limited. Food menu felt like more of a pub menu with a slight Italian twist. I'm still looking for an authentic" Italian restaurant in the UK that serves a variety wider than pasta and pizza but so far no luck."

Food is outstanding. Starters are delicious. Full of flavors. Real Italian kitchen.Staff are very attentive and friendly.The environment is cozy and has a few different halls.Prices are barely higher, but you get what you pay for, and drinks are of a higher range of a usual market.

OK, for a quick lunch. Portions of risotto were small and not many mushrooms but hot and had tastey. Tiramisu was tasteless.
