Professional, quick response and frequent updates, identified the issue with my ps5 gave me a price and collected the next day, back in 48 hours working as new. 10/10 service.Edit : 2 weeks later and my ps5 that was turning off multiple times a day has had no issues at all and is still running brand new. Ryan was very helpful prior to my decision on using RepairMedia to fix my MacBook keyboard, answering all the questions I had in good time. Once I decided to go through with the repair Ryan was very professional in organising a day and time to pick up the computer and also after the repair was done.
