As a tourist, we visited this shop on 3 Apr 2018. The shop keeper was very enthusiastic. At the end we bought 15 packs of Iberico ham total GBP$267. We just trusted him and did not check each pack before we leave. However, when we return to our home country we found 3 packs were already expired before 3 April and 6 packs were expired few days shortly.Although after best-before" date still edible but definitely a food store should not provide it to the customers."

I've been twice. Their service is great but the ham and food quality are not worth the price. It's more worthwhile to just fly to Spain.

I low recommend! The order takes almost an hour to arrive and the paella has no filling. just rice. My first and last time there! Ridiculous!

The staff were friendly but the shoulder I bought was dry in many places and we didn't get that much good meat from it. It was really disappointing. I've paid half that price for much better quality before but left it late at Christmas and didn't have much choice. I won't be buying from here again.

Do not buy a takeaway hot meal from this shop. I paid £12.80 for a seafood Paella. Which took half an hour to arrive, so I was excited about it( nice, fresh etc). The plastic container was half full, and when I pointed this out I was assured it was the same portion as the eat in menu. Although I was warned to be careful because it was piping hot. I work across the road, so was eating it very quickly. It was lukewarm, dry and overcooked. I had 3 and a half prawns, and the one mussel was sandy.Don't waste your money.

We had a quick lesson on the difference between prosciutto and Jamón Iberico. This shop sells the latter (as well as other jamón). The flavor of the Jamón Iberico appeals to me and I prefer it to the prosciutto I've had (maybe I need to try the high-end prosciutto to make a fair comparison). Yes, it is expensive and the staff were a little pushy when we visited. that said, it is worth a visit if you want to try some premium Jamón.
