Excellent, not only did they give me a reasonable price for my part exchange but also helped me with my new car, when it had a problem which was not under the warranty. Jordan was amazing from start to finish. Found the car on auto-trader this morning at 8am and by 11am all documents were completed and drove off. All cars on the forecourt have been well looked after and most have had full AA checks on them which makes you a lot more confident about purchasing the vehicle. Would definitely recommend this garage to family and friends.

Drove nearly 2 hours to see a car they had on site and put a deposit down. Was due to pick up the car tomorrow and have been called to say I can no longer purchase the car because it wasn’t fit for purpose. I accepted this fine and was told by the man to have a look at other cars on the site and see what I thought. I found another car and asked for them to reduce it which is expected and he said he would call me back and let me know. He did not call me back and when he finally returned my call after leaving me in the dark when I could have been looking at other cars i was then told that someone had enquired about the other car but was paying finance so they left me in the dark knowing theyd get more money from the other person paying finance as I was a cash buyer. I then had to constantly bound for my deposit to be refunded. Would not recommend.
