Institute of Training & Occupational Learning (ITOL)

I attended the course on Virtual Design & Delivery to brush up on my virtual skills and found it very useful. I liked that it was very interactive and involved the participants. There was plenty of time to share learning and practice what we had learnt.

I studied the Diploma in L&D Management. My very knowledgeable and experienced tutor reminded me of so many great learning theories I had forgotten along the way, whilst introducing other dynamic ideas that I can use in the real world to developing successful L&D strategies. I immediately started using these in my current role as a training and development manager to improve the learning experience of all staff. This has exceeded my expectations and was money well spent.

Harry and ITOL have been a client of mine since 2014. It has been a pleasure to work with the ITOL team over the years and I look forward to continuing to work with them in the future.

Yesterday saw the completion of my Certificate in Training and Development delivered by the wonderful Harry Bundredof ITOL - Institute of Training and Occupational Learning. It was a fantastic few days covering all elements of what makes a competent and successful Learning and Development Specialist. Thanks to Diane Halewood for organising the course and kudos to Danielle Gillett for the fantastic conversations! Great course and I can't wait to put into practice what I've learned.
