Communication is excellent and Arju is always available at the end of the phone for any queries. Our removals were completed over two days which made the whole experience stress free. The teams on the day were friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. They took great care with all our furniture and they were a pleasure to work with. We cannot recommend them enough.

We used Lomond Removals for moving this year, Arju coming out to do a survey and advise us on the best way to transport different items was a big factor in us choosing their services.On the removal day, two vans arrived ahead of schedule and all the gentlemen involved were extremely efficient. It took about 2 and a half hours for them to get everything into the van, we did have a bit of a wait for our keys but the movers emphasised for us to get lunch and just keep them in the loop. Not only were they great at the removal, they were utterly lovely during such a stressful day and kept putting our wellbeing ahead.I thoroughly recommend their services. In my opinion, it's worth the money as the company made a stressful and draining day so much easier and we had fantastic service throughout.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. The whole team, Alex,Paul,Del, and Ross, were very professional. Turned up on moving day very promptly and did not stop working all day. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they went above and beyond what we would have expected. We were kept upto date at every turn. It was a very smooth move thanks to Lomond Removals. The team made my moving day much less stressful! The guys all worked very fast and efficiently to get everything in and out of the properties and van. There was a slight wait in getting my keys but the team were very calm which kept the rest of us at ease.Arju was great in the lead up, answering all my questions and the boys on the day (Paul, Pete, Craig and Alex) made all my furniture seem light as a feather! These chaps moved my office from Admiral Street Glasgow to East Kilbride. The team -Paul, Pete, Alex, Paddy and Del were brilliant. They turned up early, nothing was a problem, everything was handled with care. I have no hesitation recommending them based on my experience with them.

Paddy and Alex were fantastic they took great care of our goods were responsive to some additional items and were both quick and precise. I highly recommend them both for any removals you may have .In summary a fantastic customer experience. Lomond Removals provided removals and storage for us on a recent home move and I can't rate them highly enough. Arju and Alison in the office were responsive and helpful. Our move was staggered and we weren't sure how long we would need storage for until quite late on in the process but they were really flexible throughout. Pete, Paddy, Craig, Del and JP who did the moving were also brilliant. They turned up when they said they would and were really quick and efficient. They made it all look easy!!
