We have used EMM for 2 years now. Excellent and friendly service, willing to be flexible with pickups etc., and turn up on time and do a great job. Scooter Servicing has always been excellent, and the odd thing that has gone wrong on the scooter has always been diagonosed, and fixed, very fast. Can’t recommend them enough.

I wanted to help my mum order a specific mobility scooter (brand new) after doing online research to find the correct one for her needs. Found the details of a few dealers within our local area and then chose East Midlands Mobility after reading their online reviews. I am more than relieved to say that the reviews were completely spot on. From the very first moment of walking through the door the team were nothing but warm, welcoming and friendly. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Within an hour of receiving order confirmation I had another email to confirm lead times and to check that this was still suitable. It was so refreshing to actually be made to feel valued as a customer. I would absolutely not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone, it’s only a shame that I can’t give higher than a 5* review!

I purchased a heavy duty refurbished mobility scooter from East Midlands Mobility and can honestly say the customer service was excellent from start to finish. I purchased online on the Monday and it was delivered in tiptop condition on the Wednesday, full mobility cover and insurance included. Will definitely be purchasing my other mobility items from them and highly recommend this company, they have the good old fashioned personal service values and really help you.

Must admit I was a little apprehensive when I got in touch with East Midlands Mobility Ltd. You never know how people will treat you and the condition of second-hand scooters. Must say I had nothing to worry about. All staff were very friendly. Showed and explained all available to me. Easy making payment. Delivery next day. The mobility scooter arrived on time. I have only used it three times so far but very comfortable. Battery seems to have a lot of life in it which is always my main concern. Thanks, East Midlands Mobility team for making me mobile again.

Have used Guy a few times recently and nothing is too much trouble for him ! Everything is explained thoroughly and in a language I can understand. He offers advice and is always cheerful and polite.I must add that he is ably assisted by Cassie who has a fountain of knowledge and is easily contactable.I have no reservations in recommending them should your needs require.

I am very impressed with East Midlands Mobility. I had my Mother’s scooter in my garage for about a year as I had struggled to find anyone willing to look at it. After sending over photos of the make and model and the broken cable , Cassie was extremely helpful, calling around and sourcing the part for me. They repaired the scooter, serviced it and went over and above for me by doing a full lithium battery test, all for a very reasonable price. All the staff were brilliant, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to use them again. In fact my mother who lives in the North of England has said she wants them to do the annual service for her.
