Adrenaline Martial Arts Academy

Been and active member since I was 5. Still going strong over 12+ years of training. The teachers (or sensi's I should say) are well trained and experienced. The classes are fun yet challenging. I've learnt so much about my own body and mind. I've learned control of my strength and skill, in not only karate but in my attitude.I plan to stay in the group as long as I can.

Adrenaline is a great place for children to learn Karate. It was the second school we tried and it they were great right from the start. Really engaging lessons and the instructors have a good balance of learning and fun for the children.

My son has been training at Adrenaline for three years and it has been an amazing experience. They have a very child-centred approach and it has been fantastic for his confidence and discipline. Adrenaline always make an effort to make it a great experience for all the kids. Would thoroughly recommend!

Our son has trained with adrenaline martial arts since he was 8 years old he will soon be 18. it has built his confidence and the teaching and teachers are amazing. to build your child's self confidence to learn respect for others too.my son is going towards his 3rd now hopefully will become instructor. It is a great place to train friendly to all ages would highly recommend it. Thank you for all your years of hard work to get our son to where and who he is today .

We attended a karate trial session with our 5 year old. He enjoyed the class but apparently not enough to take up the sport.The teacher seemed really good with the little kids and the whole place seemed well organised and professional.The receptionist was helpful and informative.The site has plenty of parking too.There is a display of merchandise and some snacks and drinks in the reception area.If you are looking for a karate school or cheerleading school (part of the same family business) you could certainly do worse.

Excellent. The instructors for the children are kind, patient and respected by the class. For my son, 7, this has been a positive life-changing force. Learning to focus, listen and move his body in a fun but gently disciplined environment has helped his concentration at school and given him confidence.

My Grandson just loves his karate from day one. He is a shy young man and it has given him so much confidence. He thinks his Instructor is great and he enjoys everything about karate.

Very friendly martial arts school with classes for children and adults. Classes for children are great and there is carefully designed viewing area for parents to watch without distracting the children. Free tea and biscuits while you wait.

Adrenaline was the third martial arts school we tried for our child in less than a year, That was over 4 years ago!Adrenaline is a prestige martial arts school with a personal friendly service.The sensei's are all very professional & understanding. The staff do anything they can to help children learn and improve their skills. It shows that they really care about teaching actual martial arts and self defence.This was even more apparent during lockdowns.The Adrenaline team adapted & did everything they could over lockdowns to keep classes going (virtually) and to accommodate everyone's schedules whilst still providing professional & fun lessons for the kids.Even after keeping up their great work & standards in lessons, Adrenaline still rewarded their members, who stuck with them through lockdowns, with extra online lessons each week & some after lockdown vouchers. That's just how generous and determined they are to teach Karate.They even offer a free trial with uniform included for beginners looking to get into karate, so you have nothing to lose.We would definitely recommend you try them out. Your child will DOUBLE their focus, & more, by attending adrenaline martial arts.
