My husband and I recently purchased 8 Windsor kitchen chairs from Julian. Julian was very responsive and helpful dealing with us - he sent lots of images of the chairs (before and after restoring them) and provided detailed information about them. We absolutely love the chairs - the quality and condition of them is very good. Julian arranged delivery of the chairs to our home and when his usual delivery person was unavailable, he personally ensured they were delivered by the agreed date. We cannot recommend highly enough.

Cannot recommend Yola Gray Antiques highly enough, from the exceptional quality items for sale, the completely honest, transparent and effective communication all the way to agreeing on a fair price including delivery. Julian went above and beyond to personally deliver the stunning chairs to my client which entailed a 14-hour round trip for him. Every chair had been newly upholstered and carefully wrapped for delivery. It is very refreshing to find such a reputable and caring business with brilliant customer service. Highly recommended!

We discovered Yola Gray during the pandemic, but didn't actually visit till this week. We were after a desk and not only did Julian have an art deco desk with the look we wanted, but it looked like it was made the for space. Julian is so lovely and we took delivery by Julian himself that very afternoon. We were even back a few days later as we had asked Julian if he also had a table to match the desk and he did. We are so please I seriously can't put it into words, Julian is great to deal with and we will certainly be back. It's hard to find quality antique furniture that has been lovingly restored, but now we have found this place it will be hard to go anywhere else.

I am so thrilled with my four poster bed that arrived this week. It was delivered perfectly, on time and with great care by the two delivery gentlemen.The cabinet maker who arrived the following morning to assemble the bed also arrived on time, having struggled through snow & ice to get to me in Devon. The detailed description and copious photos on your website turned out to be completely accurate and I attach a couple of photos so you can see it in situ. If I am ever looking for other furniture in the future I shall definitely come to you first and will be recommending you to all my friends. So...thank you Julian & all concerned

Yola Gray Antiques provide an exceptional service. We were attracted to an antique furniture suite on their website and were extremely impressed at the quality of photographs, details and dimensions. These were painstakingly accurate and so helpful. Thereafter we were pleased to speak to Julian who helped enormously and clearly knew the item very well. Given we were buying remotely and would see the suite first on delivery that comprehensive information and support was super helpful. Not thinking that part of the experience could be surpassed we then have to congratulate Yola Gray Antique again of their delivery service. The suite was clearly very carefully packed, obviously treated with great care in transit and delivered very promply and brought into the house ever so carefully. We are, simply, elated with our purchase! Julian also called us a few days later to check we were happy and our satisfaction was clearly very important.Given, we are antique enthusiasts such purchases are not unusual for us, but we have never encountered a service even in the same league as Yola Gray Antiques and have never been more delighted with a purchase!
