Sunshine and Soul Studio

We've loved coming to baby and me yoga with Laura. It's very welcoming and relaxed so I feel 100% comfortable feeding baby and (if necessary) holding him throughout the class. The classes are pitched well with plenty of options. The brew and chat at the end is great as it's always nice to speak to other new mums and there is plenty to keep the babies occupied. I'm so glad I signed up ❤️

This is my happy place. I have attended the Mum and baby yoga classes, workshops and yoga. The classes are always beautiful, the space is always clean and serene and the community is lovely. Thank you for opening up this beautiful place Laura.

I attend the Mama and Mini class here with Laura. Laura is so welcoming and makes you feel like a friend as soon as you step in to the class. The studio is absolutely beautiful, not to mention she is an amazing yoga instructor! Couldn’t recommend enough! Thank you!

I found this space & Laura last year and it’s honestly been life changing for me. The studio is dreamy beyond belief and it’s just a safe space to be your true authentic self. The other yogi’s who attend are all likeminded beautiful people and all the classes & workshops that are held here are amazing! Thank you Laura for creating such a wonderful space and for your beautiful energy and welcoming me into the world of Yoga!Postpartum mamas, these classes did wonders for my back after pregnancy too & for my mental well-being.

The studio runs the most brilliant child friendly yoga classes! The space is fantastic and so clean and bright. Laura is so calming and clearly explains everything. Having a safe space to go and stretch with a toddler isn't always easy but Laura makes sure you don't feel nervous or uncomfortable throughout.

I absolutely love my candlelit yoga and sunshine yoga class with Laura. Such a calm, relaxing but also energetic class. Laura is lovely and very professional and the studio is a calm and relaxing space too. I look forward to Wednesday and can’t rate Laura enough!! Thank you Laura x

I have been doing yoga with Laura for the last few years and she is a fantastic instructor! Love her classes! Currently part of the Baby and Me yoga classes, and it is a beautiful, safe space to enjoy some yoga, talk with other parents & escape the world (in a beautiful new studio) for an hour!
