A big thank you to Matthew and his team in assisting me to sell my property. Having purchased the property through Connells, I was delighted with their service and became a happy buy to let landlord with them. 7 years on, my tenants happily moved on and I decided to sell the property. Thanks to Matthews knowledge & experience of the property market at the time, I was advised that a 'Modern Method Auction' might be the most effective and secure way to market the property. My experience of the process was that it went smoothly and that throughout, Matthew and his team was friendly, professional and easy to contact. I was kept up to date with viewings & queries were answered in a timely way. I would definitely recommend this estate agent to others.

We were impressed by the customer service at Connells Kettering and their understanding of the realities of putting our house up for sale while working from home and having a young child. They suggested having open days where viewings were booked together and this made such a difference. Chelsea did a great job and was personable and available to answer any queries, she also made sure to feedback from clients after viewings.

After needing to find a new property to rent, on a fair hurry, it was a delight to find Ben, and Connells in general. The listing on Rightmove was accurate, the photos were up to date, and the whole team were incredibly accommodating when it came to arranging a viewing, and dealing with any queries that came up. Nothing was too much trouble… phone calls were returned as promised, emails sent when they said they would be, and we were kept up to date with the whole process. As tenancy arrangements had changed significantly wince we last took out a tenancy agreement (we’d been in the previous property for 6yr), we weren’t as “up to scratch” as we could’ve been, but the explanations from Ben and Daniel were top notch. We were treated with courtesy and respect throughout, and a genuine empathy from all the staff (including those at the Rushden beach when we had to take documents there.)They must have gone the extra mile and struck a chord with our children too - as Ben was even treated to a hug from my eldest, along with a “thank you for finding us the best home!” as we signed for it! And hugs from him are as rare as rocking horse poop!Honestly, amazing to deal with, and would definitely recommend them

Abigail has been very helpful as a broker and she has also helped with identifying properties of interest to me. I would recommend Abigail to anyone looking to purchase a property.

I would like to thank Craig for all the effort he put into assisting us in selling our house.We started off with another agency, and days/weeks would pass with no result when there was a viewing we had no feedback or comeback from the Agents.We then changed to Connells and from the start we had feedback's and knew at all times what was happening.
