I booked a Headspace session with Helen knowing that I had a fair bit to unpack workwise. By the time the session rolled round it couldn't have been better timing, it ended up being everything I hoped for and so much more. Helen has an amazing ability to listen, put you at ease and help you remove shame, fear and self judgement, and this is exactly why I booked the session with her. I went from feeling stuck and generally lacking motivation, to feeling energised and ready to take action - all in the space of an hour. The session was a good balance of coaching and Helen giving suggestions and ideas. Highly recommend one of these if you need to get unstuck and get inspired to take some action! Thank you Helen.

Helen just gets it! She is so emotionally and intellectually tuned in to so many of life’s experiences. After just a few conversations she’ll compassionately encourage you to open up and come up with goals to solve any problem in manageable chunks. I found Helens coaching style so refreshing and so helpful. Helen is wonderful at making you realise your worth and talking to you as a woman and not just as a person. Helen makes you realise that a lot of the world, especially the corporate world is working from a male viewpoint.
