Air Conditioning Installation - Just had air conditioning installed in my office by Blue Flame Energy Solutions. Very efficient and friendly service from my original enquiry through to the final installation. Delighted with the results and the quality of the workmanship / installation. We had a new boiler fitted by Blue Flame yesterday. The whole process from quotation through to fitting was handled in a professional manner and we are delighted with the result. The pipework in our airing cupboard looked like spaghetti but now can be called artwork with all the pipes in neat regimented rows, straight and tidy - well done Richard! We would highly recommend this Company.

Tom is professional, experienced and highly knowledgeable. Blue Flame Energy Solutions is the perfect example of what a AC/Heating company should be. My experience with them over the larger national firms isn't even comparable. They do not hard sell, nothing is ever too much and they are very competitive. I would of paid more for the quality of service I have received.Their quality of workmanship, professionalism, tidiness and general can do attitude was incredible.You can’t see a single wire, it’s all extremely tidy and they didn’t leave a scrap of dirt in the house. They even moved the furniture and work around me.

Having shopped around for a new boiler, I received a competitive quote from Dale at Blue Flame, he was friendly but very professional and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Dale and Rob arrived at the appointed time and immediately commenced work. I found them to be friendly, respectful and professional, they took the time out to cover my floors to limit any disruption to my home. They have carried out a marvellous job and I am extremely happy with my new system. Prior to leaving Dale thoroughly explained the working of my boiler. I would recommend Blue Flame for their professionalism and competitive pricing.

WARNING….Do not use this company!This is a genuine review & I have evidence which I will try to upload in photo format.(Part of a total kitchen & utility room renovation), our Worcester Bosch boiler was fitted by Blue Flame Energy Solutions in 2020 without a PRV connection - a serious safety hazard that was brought to our attention by Worcester Bosch upon inspection of a fault in October 2022! We were then issued with a ‘Danger Do Not Use Warning Notice’. We had, unknowingly, been at risk for 2 years!Prior to the boiler being fitted, the required pipework for the boiler was re-routed to allow it all to be hidden behind new plasterboard.Upon advising Blue Flame of our warning notice, the ONLY solution they were willing to provide was to retrospectively fit the missing PRV connection in the form of an external thick copper pipe below the boiler; an eyesore that isn’t even sitting straight in its angle. In order to have a safe boiler we felt we had to accept this solution.- we have never received any apology or recompense for the incompetence and risk of danger demonstrated by Blue Flame- Why should a customer have to simply accept the quick, cheap solution of a horrendous copper pipe on show, when the error was incompetence of Blue Flame. Had the pipe been connected at installation, it would be hidden along with all the other pipes.- Dale’s manner & attitude is absolutely appalling! He should not be customer facing in any form. He is rude, arrogant and obnoxious with zero empathy for customers who have paid hard-earned money yet received DANGEROUS workmanship putting customers at serious risk- Kevin, (Dale’s father)the owner of the company was, initially, very pleasant but he has since diverted my calls to his son, Dale. Dale will cost you a lot of business Kevin!!- Once Blue Flame have your monies, they don’t want to know. They offer an inadequate fix to THEIR OWN ERRORS & simply walk awayWe will be reporting our findings to the relevant Ombudsman and will contact professional gas engineers, who know what they are doing, to sort out the mess made created by Blue Flame.STEER CLEAR OF BLUE FLAME ENERGY SOLUTIONS- you have been warned!

I shopped around for quotation, Blue Flame came quite competitive in terms of price. Tom R came to do the survey and i found him very knowledgeable, polite and professional. I told him of my requirements and he recommended me the products which would meet my requirements. Turn around to fit the new boiler was very quick as well. Engineers who fitted the pipework and installed the new boiler, did a marvelous job.

Had several quotes for a new boiler. Tom of blue flame came to give me a quote. He arrived on time and was very pleasant. I told him the boiler I wanted. There was no hard sales talk. He gave me a good quote. After all the quotes I decided to go with blue flame. The boiler was fitted very quickly and no problems. All the instruction to use the boiler was explained clearly. Any queries after I've had the boiler has been explained straight away by Tom. The boiler is brilliant, so pleased with it. Would recommend this company to anyone. Such nice people. They look after you before, during and after.

Amazing service.
