Flyride Ireland

My son announced that he and 4 of his mates were coming over to visit on their bikes and also wanted to see a bit of Northern Ireland. I wondered if there was anywhere i could hire a motorbike for a couple of day's? I was recommended flyride by my boss at work. It was a last minute decision to hire a bike and didn't expect to be able to, but Tim at flyride couldn't have been more helpful. It's been a while since I last rode a bike so opted for one of his 500's. The bikes are clean and well maintained. Insurance and breakdown cover is included in the cost of the hire. I had the bike for 2 days. It never skipped a beat. Tim also has gear if anyone needs it. We did the Antrim Coast road on the first day, then down the side of Strangford lough. Across on the ferry to follow the coast to Newcastle and on to Kilkeel. Then up in to the Mournes before heading reluctantly, to take the bike back to Tim at Flyride. Thoroughly enjoyed the 2 day ride. If you don't own a bike anymore and miss that thrill you get from riding one. Give this man a call. You won't regret it. I couldn't recommend flyride highly enough. Thank you Tim for 2 very enjoyable and memorable days riding with my son and his friends.

I've just had a great experience with Tim and Kate at Flyride Ireland.I've not rented before and was a little nervous of the whole process.I needn't have been.I got a good feeling from the first first call.The set up is both high standard professional and wonderfully personal.Kate made my buddy and I tea while Tim kitted me out with excellent gear, gave excellent guidance on routes and covered all the paperwork.I rode one of their Honda NC750s for three days and headed up to the Donegal coast.The bike was everything you'd want for touring and the whole experience was simply excellent.I'd recommend it highly and hope to be back: I only scratched the surface of what Ireland has to offer.Thanks folks!

If you want to have a unique trip in Northern Ireland, don't miss a motorcycle ride. You are able to take any route you choose, and some attractions which aren't so famous but still breathtaking.And Tim will be a helper to reach your dreams. In my case, even if I just booked urgently the day before, he still handled everything for me that night, so that I could start smoothly the next day. He cares about the customer's feelings and is happy to provide any possible assistance. It makes my trip so memorable.

If you want an awesome experience then rent from Tim and Kate. My girlfriend and I were staying in a hostel in downtown Belfast when we called Tim to ask about renting a bike. First impression was great. Tim was so nice and wanted to help as much as he could. It would have been a hour bus ride but Tim picked us up at our hostel in his personal car and drove us so we didn’t have to take the bus. They provided ALL the gear: Helmet, gloves, jacket, pants and boots that kept us warm and dry all day. We wanted to drive up the coast and Tim suggested a small alternate route that took us over the most beautiful road with lots of scenery we would have missed otherwise. He printed out step by step instructions for us and marked up a map to show us a few good places to stop and other routes to take. When we returned the bikes we were greeted with Kate and her two grandchild waving American flags (we are from the USA) which was adorable. Kate made us tea and gave us a few snacks while we warmed up. Genuinely kind and caring people. Whenever I can make it to Ireland again I will go out of my way to visit and rent from Tim and Kate again.

Booked a Honda 750 for a last-minute 3-day trip and was mightily impressed. Tim and Kate run a very professional business, with clean, tidy bikes and 'went the extra mile' (as our US friends would say) to make sure the bike was suitably kitted out before I arrived. The pick-up from Belfast International went smoothly and once back at their address was on my way with the minimum of delay. The Honda was ideal for exploring the twisty back roads and with a relaxed turn of speed on the motorway.Tim provided some great route tips, and Kate makes awesome tea ... I'm sure I'll be back for more!!

2nd time I have hired from Tim and his family. Great friendly people to deal with no hassles. My wife and I had a great time riding around Northern Ireland. Even the rain cleared while we were on the road from the Ulster Gp round the top and down the coast back to Armagh.

Friendliest Bike Rental on the planet. I've rented bikes in London, Seattle, LA, San Francisco, Miami, India, and now Belfast and I can honestly say that Tim is the friendliest and most helpful host of all.His bikes are Honda's, so I rented the Africa Twin DCT which was perfect for the wilderness roads of Northern Ireland and Ireland. A remarkably capable machine that handled everything I threw at it.As for the company, they pick you up and drop you off at Belfast International, gratis, on a Sunday on a Bank Holiday weekend. Treat you to tea and treats and can't do enough to make you feel welcome and at home.Best rental ever. I will be back.

Tim and co have a brilliant set up. It was my first time renting from them and wasn't sure what to expect. They were very responsive to my initial enquiry and checked in regularly prior to the pick up, even offering to collect me from Belfast. When I arrived everything was ready and Tim provided me with all the information I needed for my trip. The bike was perfect and well equipped and a pleasure to ride. Amazing service and well maintained bikes.Rented honda cbx500 and cruised across the couseway coastal routes and it was the most scenic route ever!! Tim and his family is very friendly and picked me from my hotel and guided for the bike trip. Had a wonderful experience overall. Thanks.
