Had a new battery fitted to my watch, very quick and very reasonably priced. Excellent service, many thanks.

Took two mechanical watches with Swiss movements that had problems here on Tuesday after asking James if they repaired them. Some places take advantage of the fact you have a higher end watch and charge you for even looking at them. Not here. James explained that they would have to be done in the workshop and would be ready the following Tuesday which I was very happy with. In the event, they were ready on the Friday of the same week and I picked them up on Saturday fully repaired and working perfectly. The cost ? £10 per watch, an absolute bargain! Highly recommended family firm with great Customer Service which I will be using from now for all my watch issues.

After reading reviews for watch repairers near York I chose The Watch Kiosk as it consistently got 5 star reviews. I can see why.... I needed the leather chorded strap of my Antique Edwardian Cocktail watch shortening to fit my small wrists.Even though my watch strap was something not commonly found nowadays the job was done very carefully and quickly. I was very impressed by the whole experience, it was so nice to have great service with a smile.I will definitely return with all my time keeping pieces.Thank you

I have been going here for years for watch batteries and repairs. Recently I took my mum's old watch that had a broken winder stem for repair and James replaced the part cleaned and put a new battery in all for under £20. My 89 year old mum is delighted - she had been quoted £100 elsewhere! Great service and excellent value for money.

Excellent service! My mum needed her watch battery changing and previously had been charged a very large amount at a different shop. I found The Watch Kiosk online and he changed the battery immediately and charged £5. He also corrected the hands that were not aligned. Absolutely recommend - very professional and friendly service.

These guys are the best. They charged £5 once and £3 another time - I had to push them to accept £20 for ages for the second transaction before they eventually took £10. So talented, and quick! Nice guys too.
