Madra Veterinary Clinic Cheltenham
I took my German Shepherd Darla to Madra after we found a lump. Unfortunately it was cancer, Ben was very compassionate and took me through and explained all our options. Throughout the Operation to remove the tumour Ben kept me updated constantly and checked in with me often after to check Darlas progress. Darla is recovering well I’m happy to say. For me the personal touch goes a long way and my dogs will never go to another vets again.

Can’t recommend highly enough. Ben and Kitty were amazing with our nervous dog and made him and us feel so welcome. It’s a lovely calm, homely environment and they went out of their way to put us at ease for our first visit and listen to us on the phone and during the visit without judgment. Having been at two other vets which left us very frustrated, we’re so pleased to have found Madra.

Ben and Jess were so kind on Saturday to me and my Bengal Zachary. Despite almost closing time and the fact we were not then registered with the practice, Ben and Jess treated my boy when starting an asthma attack. He was really ill 6/7 weeks ago when this suddenly started and I was told he could have died. I will be seeing them again with all three of my cats.Many thanks.

Excellent vets, would highly recommend. Very thorough first visit for our dog who enjoyed the whole experience, as did we! Dr Ben is a compassionate vet and took the time to answer all our questions and put us at ease. Outstanding! Will be returning.

I took my Frenchie in for her spay after being recommended Madra. I must say I was nothing but impressed. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. The vet is extremely knowledgeable and offered lots of reassurance, explaining what would happen and keeping me updated throughout. The staff clearly care deeply about the animals in their care and seem to take real interest in their treatment and wellbeing.

The care and attention given to our Jack Russel has been second to none. Vinnie has been treated by Ben and Jess since he was a puppy at their previous practice. Once Madra was established there was no doubt we would continue to use their services and expertise.We’ve never experienced nerves from Vinnie for going to the vets, which is all down to the care and attention he receives from Ben and Jess.

The most compassionate, professional and friendly vets in Cheltenham - Ben and Jess recently treated my Bengal cross after he suffered a huge burst abscess on his neck. The whole process has been seamless with regular check ups, administering painkillers, and clear instructions on cleaning, he has almost fully recovered. I cannot recommend Madra Veterinary Clinic enough and it’s safe to say we wouldn’t trust anyone else with Reuben!!

Had the best experience at Madra. The actual premises itself are in a great central location, clean, modern and have a calming atmosphere. Most importantly though, Ben and Jess’ standard of care is second to none. It’s clear that they are very experienced but you never feel rushed, they’ll always take the time to answer any questions you have. They were great with our spaniel, she left a very happy pup! We’ll definitely be using them as a new vets from now on.

I’m baby sitting for my brother’s spaniel and don’t know his regular vet. Luckily Dr Ben was able to fit us in this morning at short notice as they are just opened this week. They were easy to find, have parking and some fantastic care facilities coming. Couldn’t be more pleased with how they took care of both me and the dog. Frankly, I am going to recommend to my brother that he changes to their care in future. I certainly would if I was local.

I am so delighted that an independent family run vets has opened in Charlton Kings. I registered my 3 dogs who range in age from 4 months to 13 years. At the routine checkups both the dogs and I were made to feel welcome and at ease. Ben took the time to listen and understand my dogs’ varying needs.My male dog was recently neutered at the practice; I was kept fully updated about the operation and his recovery and I felt relaxed knowing that he was receiving the very best treatment in a kind and caring environment.I would not hesitate to recommend Madra Vets to any pet owner.
