Tom fitted our carpets and put down hard flooring in our kitchen, hallway and loft conversion. He was super friendly, arrived on time and did an amazing job, very happy with the outcome. Highly recommended! Thank you Tom!

We had LVT fitted in our lounge, kitchen and hallway and carpet in the bedrooms. We were delighted with the work and service that Tom and Malcolm provided. They were very friendly, polite and always on time. It was money very well spent. We would happily recommend them and use them again. Great team!

Quality Carpets recently installed Brampton Chase LVT (blonde oak) in my Lounge, Hallway and Kitchen. The process from start to finish was superb. The finishing detailing and quality was fantastic. Cant recommend Tom and his team highly enough.

I'm really really pleased with my new flooring fitted by Tom at QCF. He did my whole flat (carpet and LVT) and the finish and attention to detail is excellent. Especially considering it's a very old building where everything is pretty wonky! It looks great and I'm happy I chose QCF over the much advertised large flooring chain I went to first. Tom was so much more responsive and helpful. His quote was also significantly better and I'm delighted with the results. Thanks Tom :)

Had kitchen and hallway fitted with LVT. Great service provided by Tom and Malcolm. Went the extra mile and did a neat, tidy job. Nothing too much trouble for them. Would definitely recommend.

Visited Quality Carpets & Flooring having seen them online, spoke to Tom and arranged for visit. He was waiting for me (on time) soo unusual nowadays, was polite and quick to price for both carpets in lounge and hallway and hard flooring in the conservatory. He has now fitted the carpets, turned up when stated and did an excellent job for which I am grateful. I will definitely be returning for more work to QC&F and would have no hesitation in recommending them if you are in need of carpets/flooring ... many thanks.
