I don't know where to start. No amount of words are enough to express my gratitude to Mark, Louise and the team. Having spoke to three other funeral directors, i knew within the first few minutes that i wanted Mark to take care of my dear sweet dad. Mark has a very calming and reassuring voice; which is so important in times like this. Mark really loves what he does and takes care of our loved one's in such a thoughtful and respectful manner. I know my sweet dad was treated with dignity and respect in the care of Rouse & Co. I know my dad would have shook your hand and brought you a drink to say thank. Thanks so much for everything. 5 stars are not enough for Mark, Louise and the team at Rouse & Co. As it’s such a daunting and emotional time, they took the time and effort out of everything. Mark took care of my mother-in-law, 2 and a half years ago, and their service was amazing. So when my mum passed away in November, I knew exactly who to call, as I knew Mark and the team, would look after my mum like she was their own. I know they treated my mum with respect, kindness and dignity in the care of Rouse & Co. Mark was with me all the way, nothing was too much trouble, to ask them anything and to do anything. Rouse & Co are truly amazing and would always recommend their excellent service the way they treated myself and my family and most importantly my mum, Thank you Mark and team you really are the best in the business, and myself and family can not thank you enough.Also Grace Farrelly for doing the service, she was amazing, making it seem like she was one of the family and making it a happy event. Without doubt the best funeral director I have ever used and there have been quite a few over the years.Mark was both respectful and compassionate whenever we spoke to him. He was available literally 24/7 and nothing was too much trouble. The service was absolutely perfect and we couldn't have wished for anything better.We can't thank him enough and would recommend him every time.

You deserve more than 5 stars in my eyes from the first phone call all the way up to receiving Dads ashes Rouse and co was absolutely fantastic the level of service our family has received is outstanding.
