Superb from start to finish. Libby on the phones was really informative talking me through my finance options, wasn't pushy at all and helped me settle on what was right for me. Nick Sandy was very helpful in the store with a lovely calm demeanour about him. Didn't make me feel stupid and was very patient during our test drive. He offered reassurance and fully explained everything to me.Ben Watts was super helpful by email also when it came to verifying my ID and finalising the finance.Overall a very smooth, professional service

Great choice of cars with great home delivery by Simply Driven Logistics. Nice friendly staff with no pressure. Very impressed with Leslie the receptionist who was very welcoming and went above and beyond when I was in the store. Top marks all round. Highly recommended.

Visited the Newcastle branch to have a look at a couple of cars. They had already brought out the car we was interested in for us to have a look. Test drove it and fell in love with the one we wanted. The process was fantastic from start to finish after picking up the car next day. The sales person Lewis was amazing at handling the sale, sorting us with a fantastic deal with the extras for peace of mind. If anyone looking for a new car pop in the Newcastle branch and ask for Lewis, you will get a great service from all the staff that have been helpful.
