Cruise Village is THE best cruiseagent I have ever booked through. Staff are knowledgeable and proactive. I will never book a cruise Direct with the Cruise Line, whilst Cruise Village are on the other end of the phone.

Sylvia and I have booked with this company for over 50 years with Mr Bourne and now his Grandson Phil. A great travel agency with excellent long standing staff, Carol Peter & Tracey, Carol Ann, Angela and we now deal with Becky H. Just been on Ventura and booked another cruise for next year while onboard, it went through to Cruise Village where Becky finalised it for us.Thanks to all at C. Absolutely shocking customer service, had my wife in tears on the phone threatening not refund us if we spoke out of line. Now we have tried to get back in contact with said manager noone seems to remember who it was.

Excellent service by Becky, nothing was too much trouble and we did not feel rushed at all. A great deal of time was allocated to us going through all of the cruise companies and destinations ensuring that our cruise requirements were met. We ended up booking two cruises with Becky.
