Wow this place is bonkers! I love the basement! So many things I need to buy!

If you are looking for an awesome guitar, collectables, something for an alternative/gothy gift this is the store you need there is so much to choose from and staff are great, friendly and helpful

Passed the owner two days before opening, an amazing and eclectic individual but welcoming. The opening day today and the shop did not disappoint, the basement with the coffin which you can take pictures of yourself in. The cage with the baby is terrifying lol, all items bar a few which was just displayed were priced. Not tried haggling but theirs a gizmo teddy I may try for, but all items authentic which the owner proved. The shop is one of those delights which your eyes cannot see all, so its a magic eye bonanza for adults. Except I enjoy paying for the experience, now do not start me on the clothes particularly the corsets. I love good quality underwear, and very tempted to buy a drum kit I did not need. The owner is friendly and also is very knowledgeable about his prices and products, his staff are helpful and talkative. All in all, a very enticing shopping experience and worth the goth skirt I purchased for my daughter.

Not sure what to make of this.I visited Nottingham in July, and stumbled across this store.As a souvenir, I purchased an antique pocket watch here, but arriving home, I noticed its face had a 13th hour on it. Absolute rubbish!When I tried to return it, the shop was just gone, with no evidence it had ever been there. Really strange way to treat customers!I'll probably just throw the watch away. In fact, I thought I already did, but it's still sitting here, so I must be misremembering - that's what reminded me to write this review.Edit: I tried to throw the watch away multiple times now, but each morning it‘s sitting on my nightstand again?

Seriously cool shop. Specialising in old toys and collectibles. From disney to metalica, this shop has it all. Has a very spooky cellar, and cool alt clothes upstairs. Owners are mega friendly and will treat you like a friend.

That Weird Shop is by far one of the most amazing concepts for an alternative shop Ive ever seen. With a bit of something for anyone and new, old, and ever changing selections of items! That Weird Shop is more than a shop but a place that fosters friendship and community! Between offering an affordable fully equipped rehearsal studio for bands and running a monthly open mic Zee creates an atmosphere where all kinds of people, creatives, and those who dont feel like they fit in can hang out, be themselves and look after each other. That Weird shop also travels and runs stalls at various events like comic cons and music festivals. So even if you cant make it to Nottingham you can see a bit of what they have to offer! Went for a look around and was pleasantly surprised at the vast amount of eclectic items and at a good price! ❤ I will be visiting again when I am next here!
