Chose ‘The Florist’ based on positive Google reviews, but the experience was marred by an excessively slow service, enduring over a 50-minute wait for food. The Citadella Jardin D’ete I ordered tasted like a basic gin and tonic. Despite multiple inquiries, the food delay persisted, and though a complimentary prosecco was offered, it fell short of compensating for the 50-minute wait. There was great ambiance and decor, the extended overall wait time due to the kitchen diminishes the likelihood of recommending or returning to ‘The Florist.’ It’s disheartening, considering that the food and service were otherwise faultless.

Beautiful location and decor. We felt a little bit by the side with some of the service but they had quite a few decent size groups in. Food wise, we honestly couldn’t fault anything we ordered. The timeliness was fantastic. Suggest for a cosy place they could turn the music down a little but a beautiful venue. Highly recommend

Was here for our daughter’s 21st birthday The food presentation is superb , However the chefs need to work on flavours of some of the dishes .Staff members are hardworking but need to communicate /connect more with customersVery Gorgeous decor and such a pleasure to be there , nice place to celebrate. I’m not sure if my husband left a tip , I would have and apologies if this wasn’t done. This was at the Watford Hertfordshire Florist not Liverpool like the review states

We went in the evening and had such a lovely time on the terrace! The food was great and serviced really quickly, the drinks were even better and so reasons priced (super happy with that!).I’ve only been there during the day and the ambiance I’d say at night is x10 better !!5 STAR EVENING!!!And lastly the STAFF are just amazing.Super friendly and made the whole experience more enjoyable xxxxThank you guys!

The decoration is sublime and the servers are lovely, especially a new server who made us feel very comfortable and safe. The food is good, but I would have to say not quite living up to the hefty price tag. Was nice for a fancy meal out but probably wouldn't go again, to save money.

This was a last minute booking and I'm glad I made it. The place was busy and the staff under pressure but, despite this, they were all lovely and had smiles on their faces.The food was lovely and the restaurant is well worth a visit.

Went here on a Wednesday night for dinner, looks beautiful from outside and often bustling. On our visit was very quiet inside which maybe detracted from the atmosphere, however staff were attentive and food was very tasty! Not the best meal I’ve had but a solid 4 stars. Definitely a place for a big family meal or a casual dinner date. Well worth the visit. Ps the lemongrass beef skewers and dip were very very tasty!

This is a very very beautiful restaurant. It is so floral and has a Great vibe. The service was good and the lady waiting us was super! Our bad that we did not go for a drinks or dinner! We ordered coffee and desserts. Very honest- this is not a coffee place, we asked for latte and were very disappointed. But the desserts were great and delicious, i enjoyed every single bite of my brownie♥️

My girlfriend and I came with our son for our 13 year anniversary.. We was seated by the lovely host and on our table was a little flower box with Happy anniversary and 2 glasses of prosecco.. (thank you) The host was really friendly (sorry I cant remember her name) the food was gorgeous and the restaurant is stunning.. We will defo be back..xx
