Arundel Gate Car Park (Pond Street Entrance) - Britannia Parking

I parked at Doncaster Cumberland prior to a hospital appointment. I had no change so opted to pay by card on the phone. The whole process was impossible to complete and it took a very long time to realise this. One would almost think it was designed that way. By contrast when the fine came the process to pay by card on the phone was simplicity itself. A child could have done it. I could not in good conscience recommend the process used to pay for parking because it doesn't work. However the system that takes the ensuing fine from you was seamless.As a codicil this star ranking system would not allow me to proceed to posting with 0 stars. One would almost think it was designed that way.

A nice place to park but it was very hard to find the walk-in entrance. There is a cheaper place - NCP car park on Blonk Street (S1 2AB) in case it works nicely for your destination as it charges only £5.95 per day and £4.95 if you have an NCP app.

Extremely expensive, stayed 3 hours and was charged £15.00! Not the cleanest or safest car park in the city either. I have parked in nicer and cheaper car parks in London.

The worst car park in Sheffield, £7 for 63 minutes on a Sunday morning.My advice don't use it, far too expensive for a dirty, unsafe and rundown car park. It should be condemned and the new management should be held accountable for extortionate prices.

In life you should never expect much from a multi story car park, but this has to be the worst in the world. Only having one gate open and no ticket machines working at a busy time means you'll waste a portion of your life you'll never get back waiting to exit. Then....the final insult...you'll need to sell a kidney to afford the exit fee. However it felt a price worth paying to escape this wee smelling concrete monstrosity where murder just seems around the corner.

Absolute scam of a carpark even with validation from the odeon i was charged at full price because of the automated plate reader. If you use this scam carpark for the odeon cinema make sure you pay at a machine before you get to your vehicle to avoid being charged the full extortionate £15.00 for less than 4 hours on a weeknight. Ridiculous easily the worst and most overpriced car park in Sheffield avoid at all extortionate costs

I genuinely felt scammed when I came in and saw it was £2.50 on instant entry (no back track or grace period) and £20 for over 5 hours. No payment signage when I came in. Had to find it by the pay machines. I thought about it and then drove to the Ncp around the corner which I would never normally go to but was £6.95 for the same period.By the way, the car park was almost entirely empty at Arundel Gate. Clearly the new management isn't working...

Went to see great show at the Crucible,but evening spoilt by ridiculous high parking charges 4 hours £15 , do not use this car park, unless you have very deep pockets..

DO NOT USE THIS CAR PARK. Far too expensive. Paid £15 for 3 hours on a Sunday evening! Thought the machine had made a mistake. Sadly not. Will not park here ever again.
