Feels like a dinosaur company. It recommended a gas boiler for me, without even asking if we had gas available. No recommendation for a heat pump, which we all need to be considering.

First install date was changed from that booked at the time of order , second date the engineer did not turn up , third time success but the electrical supply was left run off an extension lead despite there being a connection available in the airing cupboard where the previous boiler was connected. Apparently , Warmzilla don’t do any additional electrical work ..? They’ve washed their hands of it and have no interest in offering a proper installation.

What a easy process to order my new boiler.Only a few minutes and I had purchased, and had installation date confirmed.The engineer arrived on time, was polite, and installation was completed in no time.Fantastic service throughout, Thank you.

Very poor customer service. No phone line to speak with someone, just chat box, which never resolves the issue. I have been paying a monthly fee to cover my boiler installed by Warmzilla. Now it’s time for annual service, and despite contacting them many times (through chat), they haven’t done anything. So I am going to cancel my plan.

Avoid at all cost. It's a lottery as to whom you will land with as they hire contractors and do not vouch later for their work. Customer service seems helpful at first, but in the long run they will not address your complaints. It is better to research a local tradesman than end up with a cat in the bag.

Highly recommend Warmzilla! Ordered a new boiler and the process was so easy to follow. The staff were supportive all the way and we are so pleased with our new boiler.

A boiler can be a big purchase, so its great when you put your trust in a company you hadn't heard of (before my boiler finally gave up) - and so glad you did. So simple and great value compared to others.
