I have had the best customer service I have had in a very long time, thanks to Elami!It was an incredibly stressful time for me, but he was so helpful, understanding and calm.As well as offering me water, chewing gum and snacks which I loved, as it was much needed.I have used Mata removals twice now, I am very thankful because I had to move on the hottest day of this year, which didn't seem to phase Elami!I was moving to a new place and I had 3 flights of stairs I had to go up, I was impressed at how much he could carry in one go making the job super quick and easy.Anyways, I would 100% recommend to everybody! If I could give more than 5 stars I would...

Delighted with the service, can't recomend enough.My driver was super punctual, focused and efficient. I was happy to follow their lead, we got everything done really quickly and the whole operation was carried out incredibly efficiently with practical decisions made really quickly.I'd conservatively estimated that my move would take three hours but we got it done in less than that. And the driver was very careful and respectful with all my more fragile items.Whole job couldn't really have gone better, strong recommend.

This business made my very stressful home move absolutely painless.They are so kind, courteous and patient.They are caring and have a great sense of fun.Nothing was too much trouble.I totally recommend them for any move.They are also commercially very favourable and considerate.

Elami is the best removal guy in the business. He is incredibly hardworking, reliable and efficient. He is also very friendly and lovely to chat to. There is nothing that Elami cannot lift or hoist, no job too big or small, he can do everything. Would strongly recommend Mata removals to anyone and everyone!

Elami and his team were punctual, incredibly hard-working and resourceful. They stayed on to help us finish unexpected tasks and nothing was too much trouble for them. I was recommended them by someone and would do the same myself!

Our experience with Mata Removals was excellent. Elami made a notable effort to make the stressful moving process less stressful. He was friendly, helpful, and went beyond our expectations. We were scheduled for an 8:30am pickup, and he showed up at 8am sharp - no rush, no extra charges - just taking away that worry of movers running late. This was a lifesaver as we had a tight schedule to keep on moving day with key pickup and getting the Internet sorted.Throughout the process, Elami was friendly and accommodating and even hooked us up with water (both still and sparking!) and granola bars.Moving is always stressful, but having a pleasant removals experience dialed down the whole pressure cooker situation.

Mata removals was prompt to reply and very professional, offered good value for a long distance transfer, arrived on time (15 min early) with a huge and very clean van, helped us load and unload efficiently. Would highly recommend!

Excellent service and great value for money. Elami is really professional and polite. He arrived on time and was very efficient loading and organising the truck which made the unloading very quick. I would definitely recommend them and would not hesitate to hire them again in the future.
