Got to wait forever to see someone

Been trying to ring them this morning no answer for 13 minutes.Because I wanted to enquire about fit notes that have been getting since last September for my back pain(MSK)getting nothing of them yet got a questionair in October filled that in posted it of before November.Had a appointment on the 12/04/2022They sent a letter of to the jobcentre in crook I got word back on my universal credit to have a appointment between 3.30 and 4.30.pm for my desition for work capability program got word back on the evening on my universal credit and it said you are not limited for capability of work.

Been trying to contact them since 11.15am this morning and I can't get through. Its now 1.12pm ive tried 27 times. All I'm getting is a dead tone or an engaged tone with a cut off after a few beeps. Now I need to wait till Thursday before I can't try again. It's a joke. I only want to see if I can make an appointment to see someone. I've messaged them on fb with no reply either. Let's hope if I do finally manage to speak to someone I can leave a better review but at the moment I'm very dissapointed.
