Perfect Order

We engaged Jo to help declutter my mum-in-law's family home as she was downsizing and was unable to take everything with her to her new home.Jo was an absolute superstar! She attacked the project with gusto and made a huge impression from the outset, organising items into keep, charity and bin! Jo has a wonderful, warm personality and applied empathy as well as practicality to get the job done.There was a lot of memorabilia which had built up over 40+ years within the family home, some of which could not be taken to the new home. Jo discussed the items with my mum-in-law and between them agreed what could be taken and what needed to be left. This is such an emotional process for anyone to go through and Jo handled it with such tact and respect.Once in the new home, Jo also organised everything for my mum-in-law which helped her settle in so much quicker.We really can't speak highly enough of Jo. What shines through is that she really cares, it's not just a job to her. If you, or anyone you know, need help to organise their home for the better, call Jo... you will be so glad you did!

I asked Jo to help me in desperation, after moving in to look after my elderly father. I had accumulated my own 'stuff' as well as dealing with his long-standing hoarding. After only 3 hours with Jo, I was two-thirds the way through our front room and she helped me sell several items. It was a truly cathartic experience! I am now halfway through sorting the bedrooms and have engaged a landscaper for the garden. I feel SO much better and have been gently but firmly (and in a non-judgemental way) steered toward a junk-free life. Do not fear that you will lose control over your possessions, and have to throw them away, as Jo provides you with lots of sensitive guidance and advice. I highly recommend Jo to everyone wishing to take that first step, and especially people like me, who don't know where to start and are overwhelmed at the prospect of clearing and sorting. I now want to continue to declutter, and that is the best feeling!

My post-pandemic wardrobe needed a massive declutter and whilst I see myself as pretty organised normally, after a full day’s work I just couldn’t get started.A two hour session with Jo changed all that! I was downsizing from a very big house and it felt quite overwhelming. I had a ridiculous amount of storage space and it was all filled with years and years worth of stuff! Jo was an absolute godsend. I really enjoyed her company and she turned a nightmare chore into a series of pleasant afternoons chatting as we went through everything. I REALLY couldn’t have managed without her. She was wonderful. I recommend her to anybody in a similar situation or who just needs help with organising stuff. She is an organisational wizard(ess)!

Jo helped me clean out my storage unit in preparation for a house move - she helped to much and we got rid of bc a bunch of stuff I no longer wanted or needed and I’ll be booking in with her again to tackle the garage next! Before I engaged Jo, I felt a little embarrassed that she was going to help me with a job I thought I should be able to do myself, but she was completely professional and did a great declutter. She made some great storage suggestions and also pointed out a couple of items that I was just going to throw away and advised me to try to sell them instead - and to my amazement they were snapped up! One person’s junk really is someone else’s treasure!I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jo’s services. If you keep putting off that decluttering like I did, she’s your woman to get it done!

Jo is amazing! We did two sessions to sort out my clothes and my paperwork- both tasks that I’d been putting off and didn’t have the motivation to do on my own. Jo is so energising - she does all the hard work for you and is great company so it was a really enjoyable experience and I felt so much better afterwards. She put in place a structure for sorting stuff out going forwards and is full of helpful tips. You get the bug and then you don’t want to stop!! Highly recommend Jo - she’s a fantastic person to have in your life!

As a busy full time working mum of 3 boys I can't rate Perfect Order highly enough. I had a 2 hour session with Jo in person and a half hour telephone consultation. I can't believe how much we achieved in the time! Jo was friendly and engaging and gave me so many ideas, hints and tips. Jo was super organised and gave me confidence in trying new things and helped me to sort items to be recycled and sold as well as finding better systems and storage solutions. Highly recommend!
