I picked up my new Cupra last Sunday and what a wonderful car and fantastic experience. I have bought new cars before some classed as luxurious but never have I had such an enjoyable experience and faultless process provided by Andy Trolle, his knowledge, manner and attention to detail are exceptional, a true professional. I would also like to mention James the new Cupra expert who is definitely following Andy’s lead and such a nice guy too. My initial purchase of the vehicle was seamless. Danny Murphy was extremely patient and knowledgeable as he explained all the features of the vehicle. This is my 4th electric vehicle and I am extremely happy with it (especially the look!).When it needed an update I was given another Cupra Born to drive around in until my car was ready, without charge. It took longer than expected and I had to wait 2 days. As means of an apology, I received a large bouquet of flowers, delivered a few days later.I have had numerous cars in the past including prestige marks and this is the best service I have received.

I have just bought myself a Seat Leon Cupra from Riverside Seat/Cupra in Hull and I am over the moon with the car itself and the level of service provided.Throughout the whole process I have had James helping me with all my enquiries on the car and could not ask for a nicer sales representative. As I live up in Scotland, viewing and test driving the car wasn't possible before purchase, but the in-depth video tour gave me a great look at the car and any further questions about the car answered brilliantly. Being a 20 y/o student, this is my first car on finance and a big upgrade over my DS3 but the team at hull were super helpful when it came to the finance agreements (something I've not had a great experience with through other companies).When I arrived in Hessle to collect the car, James was kind enough to give us a lift from the train station to the dealership where I was shown the new car and went through the handover. A couple much appreciated Seat goodies, a full tank of fuel and plenty water for the trip back were also provided, a very kind gesture.I have since got my car back home, after my 6ish hour test drive back up the road and can say the car is great. amazingly prepped and looked after, plus cover from any issues I might have with typical motoring over the next few years.I cannot say a bigger thank you to James, having only been there for a couple months, did a brilliant job with this sale.If I'm looking to upgrade after Uni when the finance finishes, I would come back to Riverside Hull in a heartbeat!

My new Cupra Leon is a beautiful car to drive, it has lots of great, sporty features. The interior with the copper touches makes the interior of the car feel extra special.All of the staff at Riverside were really helpful, especially James. The staff were friendly and I was looked after well.Thank you- I shall enjoy driving my new car.

Another excellent experience with Riverside Cupra Hull! Our 6th Seat/Cupra that we’ve purchased with Jason. He is always helpful and friendly. Good part ex price for our old car and really pleased with the deal on our new car. New look showroom is really nice too. I would recommend Riverside Hull Cupra to buy a car.

We have recently purchased a used SEAT Ibiza and the service we received from the dealership was superb. On our first visit we found a vehicle we were interested in and met James who explained very early on that he had not been with the company long, but would help us with our enquiry. We decided to go for a Test Drive, while our Trade In Vehicle was checked over,James organised this and accompanied us explaining as much as possible en route. He told us his Manager was not at work that day but he would answer as many of our questions as possible, we discussed various points of interest including finance, which he checked with the Dealership Principle and was able to give us a Best Price offer. Excellent service from Andy Trolle at Hull Cupra who has been responsive, friendly and professional throughout, thank you. I was happy to make the trip over to Hull, as opposed to using a closer Cupra retailer, due to the level of service. Also, I LOVE my Cupra Formentor it is an amazing car.
