Called Doug Misson as had an emergency on a bank holiday Monday. The boiler was beyond repair and Doug arranged a replacement and it was installed and up and running by the Friday afternoon. Excellent service from start to finish and I would definitely recommend the company.

We get our boiler serviced with these guys every year and they're our go to for any heating or plumbing emergencies too.Excellent service, always quick and helpful. Really reliable and nice people. Robert is always so friendly and helpful. We are always seen quickly and if needed Robert makes calls to check in on ongoing works. Thanks as always.

Called Saturday afternoon with black smoke coming out of our boiler flue. Their website says happy to help in an emergency". I was told on the phone "you're not one of our regular customers? sorry

Great quick efficient service. Great value for money. I rang quite a few heating companies. The best value for money was misson.Same day appointment. Robert was very polite and friendly. Serviced my boiler. It was in the loft and some trades man don’t like having to work in the loft. Robert didn’t have a problem with getting into the loft. Highly recommend.Just wanted to add. I had these guys out late Saturday night. I asked why they turn people away that haven’t used them before. The plumber said. We attend our regular customers first. They get priority.Makes sense to me.

Called out as our boiler had broken on one of the coldest days of the year. Engineer arrived but unable to offer any advice, said he would get back to us. Several hours later received a text, after ourselves having to make the contact, saying ' no thanks, we dont want to be involved with an old incorrectly installed boiler' . So a wasted day day and still not got any proper advice about our boiler.
