I recently contacted Dylan the technician at DMC Vehicle Solutions to request a booking for my diesel Citroen Berlingo van to carry out a carbon clean due to the fact it hat recently failed an MOT for excessive exhaust emissions. The booking was arranged promptly and Dylan at DMC arrived the following day at my workplace to carry out the process which took approx. 1 hour. The equipment was displayed and full instruction of the process was explained to me by Dylan. I felt very at ease with the level of professionalism that was implemented with regards to Covid-19 control, which included sanitizing of all touched areas and a complete vehicle fogging solution was applied on completion of the work.The result of the carbon cleaning were massively noticeable, the vehicle now idles as it should where as previously it would idle roughly. Dylan asked me to road test the vehicle before he left to see if i was satisfied with the results. I felt an improvement in power when driving uphill and noticed the exhaust smoke to have cleared.I would highly recommend this service to anyone who is unsure of the benefit of carbon cleaning.
