Excellent product quality, customer service and selection. I’ve been using them for over two years now, always buying variety of products of over £150 for both myself and my juice business and never had an issue. I don’t think there is a better whole foods supplier out there.

Free delivery on orders over £37 but if you live in Northern Ireland or other Islands it's free for orders over £150 for some areas! The best bit is Royal Mail and Parcel Force do not cost anymore for postage within the UK so they obviously do not value all of their customers in a fair pricing way. Also I have placed a few large orders in recent years and several items had a very short best before date. When I contacted them they didn't offer any replacements or refunds. This could be an amazing company if they would treat others as they would like treated themselves but sadly that is not the case.

Great communication, speedily resolved when my recent parcel had gone missing. FWF's sent out a duplicate delivery straightaway, which arrived next day. Excellent service, quality products and great to deal with.

Received nuts that had started to mold. Refused to acknowledge this despite sending photos and refused to refund the £5 cost to return.
